
Chicago Tribune photojournalist Scott Strazzante takes part in the annual silly string ritual of the Mountain Workshops, sponsored by Western Kentucky University. After 10 days of building a 90-computer newsroom, processing more than 50,000 images, producing a book, a web site and a DVD feature, stress is released by attacking the last digital card drop with string and confetti.
